A friend and I recently visited the Logan Theater to check out a movie ["Burn After Reading"], something I rarely do. Since both of us live in the area, it was convenient to go here. I had never been.

I had a showing today at one of our Lincoln Park condos that was constructed in 1998. One of the main differences up until 2003-4 in new construction condo units was appliance color.

I met some new clients today at a short sale property. It is a 3-bedroom and with 2.1-bath rowhouse in the East Garfield Park of Chicago. This property was originally priced in the low $300s, but now listed at $150,000. Here is a photo of the great room and the unfinished kitchen:
