In this USA Today Blog post from July 9, 2009, the issue of the proposed “Cap and Trade” energy policy, specifically regarding CO emissions, is discussed.

Ultimately, this COULD affect homeowners, as PROPOSED legislation would require homeowners selling their home have an energy inspection, raising your closing costs.
